  • : a facility renovation plan for the Stelling site which includes audio and video upgrades in the sanctuary, giving us the resources to creatively reach our generation, and the setup of The Shed - a meeting space for young adults to gather and work.

  • How you can get involved:

  • Give your prayers and support – help support our vision of a church that is connected, creative, and compassionate, and pray for us as we pursue it.

    Give your ideas and gifts – if you have ideas for worship or gifts you would like to share or develop, we would love for you to join us as we develop our creative vision.

    Give your time and energy – we need volunteers for our fundraising efforts, and help cleaning and renovating The Shed.

    Give financially or materially – we are trying to raise $20,000 for theC3project renovations. If you feel moved to give, you can write a check to Good Shepherd Christian Church with “theC3project” in the subject line. Also, if you have any furnishings or decorations you’d be willing to donate for The Shed, they would be greatly appreciated.

  • My friend Michelle has Leukemia and needs a bone marrow transplant by June 21, only six weeks away.  Michelle is one those people who truly embraces life.  Our funny, kind, Michelle brings laughter and joy to everyone who is fortunate enough to know her.

  • The recent cyclone in the Southeast Asian nation of Myanmar (Burma) has left over 20,000 dead, over 100,000 missing, and millions potentially homeless. Over 15,000 were also killed in China's recent earthquake, many of whom were children. These disasters have affected countless lives, and the rebuilding and aid efforts will be long and difficult.

  • We encourage everyone to support the people of Myanmar and China in thought and prayer. If you would like to contribute to the relief efforts, you can do so through World Vision , Unicef , Direct Relief International , and The Red Cross .
