	Note: Due to the record keeping and reporting requirements imposed by the Internal Revenue Service,
	GSCC requests all donors who will require GSCC to execute IRS Form 8283, "Noncash Charitable
	Contributions", for contributions over $500 to present such forms for execution at the time of the
	donation.  GSCC will not be able to execute such forms at any time thereafter if the donated property
	cannot be traced.
